Senior .NET Developer – Windows Desktop
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with deep experience in the Windows desktop application ecosystem and strong command of the .NET stack. You’ll design, modernize, and maintain high-quality desktop software while also contributing to .NET Core backend services. This role is ideal for someone who values clean architecture, engineering discipline, and autonomy, and who wants to help shape technical direction.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.

First 90 Days
• 30 days: Familiarize yourself with Sage’s Sales Management desktop apps, tooling, and engineering standards. Meet your team and begin onboarding into our development environment.
• 60 days – Actively contribute to key product initiatives and features in development. Demonstrate increasing ownership and impact within the engineering team. Begin contributing meaningful code to the main product codebase.
• 90 days – Take full ownership of feature delivery, from planning to release. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and best practices. Participate in architectural discussions and help shape technical direction.

Meet the Team
You will report to an Engineering Team Leader and work within a technically strong and collaborative cross-functional team including developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers. The team emphasizes ownership, clean code, and shared accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
