Senior, Visual Merchandising NMP, Pacific
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** This role sits within the Visual Merchandising & Styling, Retail Marketing team and reports directly to the Nike Marketplace Partners Visual Merchandising Manager. In this role you will work hand‑in‑hand with Nike’s Marketplace Partners Retail Marketing team to elevate the Nike Brand within our partners retail environments, with a key focus on elevating the Nike consumer journey, strengthen product storytelling, and ensure Nike’s visual merchandising standards are executed with excellence across the Pacific marketplace. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners including Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Nike Marketplace Partners, Demand & Supply Management, Operations, and in-store Retail teams. You will also work with APLA geography partners, creative agencies, suppliers, and vendors to bring Nike’s brand identity to life in physical retail. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We’re searching for a creative, detail‑obsessed visual storyteller who thrives in fast‑paced retail environments. You understand how product, space, and storytelling intersect to influence amd shape consumer perception. You bring a strong point of view on visual merchandising, retail design, and brand expression — and you know how to translate strategy into elevated in‑store experiences. **You’ll Bring:** + 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, both executional and planning experience required + A bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline. + A deep passion for sport, youth culture, sneakers, fashion, and streetwear. + Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance creative detail with operational execution. + A strong understanding of global and local retail trends, consumer behaviour, and VM innovation. **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You will be responsible for delivering both seasonal and always‑on visual merchandising direction across numerous Nike Marketplace Partners. Your work will directly influence how consumers experience the Nike brand in physical retail. + **Partner closely with the VMS Nike Marketplace Partners manager** to develop and implement seasonal visual direction, in‑store layouts, product storytelling, and graphic/signage packages. + **Support with the direction and execution of Key Brand Moments across Marketplace partners** through documented direction, instore support, and recapping of executions + **Ensure Nike Brand Standards are trained and** **upheld across Nike Marketplace Partners,** ensuring alignment with Nike’s global brand playbook while tailoring execution for the Pacific marketplace. + **Support visual and brand storytelling for Key Strategic Partners new store openings** , ensuring each new space launches with strong visual impact and brand consistency.
