The annual base salary for this position ranges from $81,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $161,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Our team is responsible for building trusted relationships with our retail partners and fostering consumer connection with Nike’s most discerning consumer, all while delivering best in class representation of the Nike brand. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Our North America NBHD + Energy – Senior, Sales Rep will be based in New York City and help support Nike’s NBHD + Energy business across the East Territory. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand and execute the NBHD marketplace strategy within an ecosystem of retailers, authenticators, and critical communities. We are seeking an enterprise thinker who is eager to understand and interact with our consumer and retail partner base. You are able to analyze wholesale and retail business results, deliver engaging presentations and build strong relationships with internal and external partners. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** You will serve as a Nike Brand sales ambassador and primary point of contact for a specified account base. As a Senior, Sales Rep, you will support Nike’s go-to-market process, inclusive of leading select customer sell-ins, managing order entry, bookings reconciliation and product deliveries. From an operational standpoint, you will ensure orders are entered fully and on time as well as proactively manage product shipments in partnership with Supply Chain. You will be responsible for key franchise management and tracking trends to inform future forecasting process and ensure a healthy marketplace. This teammate will also be responsible for supporting general business updates and business management processes on behalf of the total NBHD + Energy East organization including quarterly customer business reviews (QBRs) and general business results recaps, among others. You will partner with the Marketing team to align on & bring campaigns to life seasonally, will be an expert in your assigned territory, and support market travel to key destinations for designated groups as required. **WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** Our Senior Sales Rep will work closely with cross-functional teams within the NBHD + Energy business, the New York based Nike Inc. team, as well as across the North America geography. This includes, but is not limited to, external partners (including Retailers, Collaborators, City & Community Leaders) and internal partners (Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Marketing, SNKRS, Key City Leadership and Jordan Brand counterparts.) **WHAT YOU BRING** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training + 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and/or Operations + Knowledge of current consumer and marketplace trends including streetwear culture and design + Ability to lift to 50 lbs. which may include samples and sales materials + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Slack, Zoom, Box + Ability to travel (up to 15%) We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
