Job Overview

As a member of the marketing systems team, the Senior Personalization Technical Solutions will be responsible for technical product management: gather business requirements, prioritize technology solutioning and implementation to maximize business value and resource availability. This role is detail intensive, requiring the accurate capture and translation of data requirements (both tactical and analytical needs) and validation/verification of the working solution. This role requires in depth technical knowledge to implement scalable solutions.

What You Will Do

Participate in end-to-end solutions (Requirement gathering, planning, solutioning, development execution and documentation) for CRM triggers and CRM journey communications. Perform thorough data analysis to assess feasibility of building expected solution and outline limitations/call-outs. Work with strategy, product and vendors to understand business challenges and ensure technical feasibility; Participate in solutioning and operations support. Identify upstream and downstream impacts and work with internal business teams, tech partners and external vendors to support new features and functionality. Translate high-level business requirements into actionable and achievable products. Clearly document requirements (business and technical). Build robust data flows, data models, and schemas for real-time/batch processing and segmentation. Define and evolve technical roadmaps aligned with business and IT objectives, including UAT and documentation of test strategies. Present status, milestones and issues to management and to other stakeholders related to assigned projects. Vendor management and ensure scalable and operationally efficient integrations are in place. In addition, help analyze and solve day-to-day challenges with journey operations including (but not limited to): Audience building Research data and systems issues Resolve and/or prioritize issue resolution Proactively identify data quality problems and support solution identification Proactively identify opportunities to optimize journey build and operations Establish and coordinate user acceptance testing and plan Prioritize Vendor roadmaps, vision, strategy and delivery. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Who You Are

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.  We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply. 5 - 7 years as a Software Developer with expertise in the Adobe Tech stack (AEP, AEM, AJO, CJA, Target). 4 plus years of experience in Software Development / System Analysis experience Strong SQL and Analytical skills (any programing languages, ETL, Data import/export, Data Analysis, File processing, FTP process, Automation). Knowledge of Data models, Data Modeling (Relational and Dimensional), Data Profiling and working with large data warehouse environment. Ability to process and analyze complex data sets in Oracle/DB2 databases and interpret them to make business decisions. Ability to create / update HTML, Javascript, etc. Possess an analytical mindset and demonstrable critical thinking skills. Adobe Analytics knowledge. Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management, Architects, Data Modelers, Data Visualization experts, and Developers. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision. Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
