We invest in our community and strongly believe that meaningful commitment to a wide variety of philanthropic organizations builds a better world and a brand that makes us proud. **Job Category** HR **Position Summary** The Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and trusted advisor to the CFNA business aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive performance and cultivate a thriving workplace culture. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, coaching leaders, and implementing people strategies that support the business's success. The HRBP acts as a critical link between business objectives and HR practices, fostering strong relationships with teammates and leadership. The position will be based out of our CFNA Brook Park, OH location. **Responsibilities** + Support leadership in HR compliance, strategy and people related issues + Supporting functions: Sales/Marketing, IT, Finance, Analytics and Compliance + Partner with leaders on workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place for current and future needs. + Supports both hourly and salary population + Collaborate closely with assigned business leaders to understand their strategies, challenges, and objectives, translating them into actionable HR plans. + Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, providing appropriate recommendations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. + Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. **Minimum Qualifications** + Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. + Prior experience with hourly and salary workforce. + High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. + Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and coaching skills.
