Make Decisions + Contribute to the Development of the Plan. + Be Accountable **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** As the Senior, Express Lane fulfill operation for Converse GC, you will be responsible for drive end-to-end speed-to-market from product design, development, purchasing, manufacturing and delivery on both footwear and apparel. You will be an expert on the Converse GC vertical supply chain throughout the product creation & delivery process. You will lead your cross-functional team to establish a process and capability of Converse GC responsive supply chain. Identify the responsive opportunity at styles level and amplify the business opportunities via responsive supply chain capability. + You will establish the Converse GC express lane process & capability for both Footwear & Apparel + You will reduce end-to-end supply chain lead time to enable speed to market and in-season replenishment to maximize business opportunity + You will drive more share of business from responsive supply chain vs normal future business + You will work with finance to evaluate the ROI model to balance the benefits and cost of being fast NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
