Semiconductor wafer, die, module assembly inspector
**Job Description** Working in the Component Assembly area will require collaborative teamwork and is designed to use various skills in the manufacturing of highly reliable components (modules) from wafer or die. As an Inspector, you will be required to use online documented processes in conjunction with MES (Manufacturing Execution system) instructions to perform inspection of die or modules as well as other supporting processes such as die attach, wire bonding, lid seal with various automated and semi-automated tools & furnaces. Much of the work as an Inspector will require visual inspection of wafer, die, and module utilizing low and high magnification microscopes. The Inspector will perform these responsibilities in a cleanroom environment that includes an engineering support team that develops and monitors the manufacturing of our products. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed Full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on the location at the Manassas BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + High School diploma/GED and 3 years of work experience or an Associate's degree + Candidate must be detailed oriented and work well with others + Extensive microscope use required and ability to handle small components (good hand dexterity) **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $56195 - $89912 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
