This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. BAE Systems is looking for a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer for the Nashua, NH facility.Candidate must have ability to troubleshoot, maintain and improve foundry production equipment, specifically in the Photolithography, Wetchem and Ebeam production areas. Candidate preferably will have Stepper, Coat/Develop track and wetclean/plating equipment experience. Responsibilities include: + Knowledge of vacuum systems, Ebeam and SEM/metrology tools would be useful. + Required to work with production/process tool owners to respond to down events and improve equipment uptime. + Required to interact and communicate with other maintenance team members and equipment users, both verbally and via email upoon completion of tasks and any follow up actions required. + Required to engage vendors for specialist advice and coordinate onsite service support where necessary. + Use advanced task scheduling features of production software programs to set up maintenance schedules, record completion of maintenance tasks and record any relevant data. + Required to create maintenance documents/procedures, data collection and have ability to present findings and recommendations to all stakeholders. + Required to adapt to change of priorities to support dynamic production environment. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelors degree or equivalent; Or four years of relevant work experience. + High level of knowledge and experience in maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment. + Particular knowledge required on photolithography, wet chemistry, metrology and Ebeam toolsets. + High level of Troubleshooting on, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, computer systems used in Semiconductor equipment + Good level of document and procedure writing skills. + Experience and knowledge with MS office. + Good data collection and analysis skills relating to tool functionality and reliability. + Excellent verbal and written communications. Participation in team meetings and reporting on tool priorities to management is a requirement of the role. + Work adhering to established safe working practices **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment in the Photolithography and wet chemistry production areas. Knowledge of vacuum systems would be useful + Ability to work under time constraints as part of a team and/or individually to achieve consistent results. + Experience with new equipment installs. + Experience and knowledge of Promis manufacturing control software + Knowledge of JMP + Excellent oral and written skills. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
