**Objectives** + To carry out a continuous operation in accordance with the standard procedures and work instructions. · To maintain high product quality and minimize losses during granulator operation. + To upgrade and maintain hygiene and sanitation in the area. + To carry out safety measures and procedures at all times. **Main Responsibilities** + Check and ensure readiness, cleanliness and dryness of the lines, equipment, auxiliaries and machineries involved in granulation operation, big bag filling and tote tilting station. + Check prevailing conditions at his area, ambient temperature and RH. + Coordinate with QAL for any quality deviation noted for immediate corrective action. + Ensure safety and care in handling machineries involved in the operation at all times. + Assist Engineering crew during maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. + Coordinate with other personnel for assistance during shutdown cleaning. + Report all abnormalities noted/ problems encountered to the immediate supervisor. + Follow the factory Safety Rules and observe the company Code of Conduct for Safety & Security. + Participate in conducting Accident Prevention Tools (Safety Index) of the Department and other safety activities. + Conduct regular check (M&I checklist) of the equipment and its and its accessories to ensure a smooth and continuous operation. + Participate in NCE and TPM activities. + Perform other duties and responsibilities that might be assigned by his immediate supervisor from time to time.
