What you will do

Support the development and execution of global paid search campaignsOwn paid campaign planning, ideation, creation, distribution, amplification, and analysisWork cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives and share best practice, standard work and guidance for first in class executionManage and/or liaison with agency on campaign executionEnsure ad copy complies with Cytiva’s brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements and perform A/B testing Track progress of campaigns for effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement and drive ROI through creative and efficient bidding techniques

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 3+ years’ experience independently managing enterprise paid search campaigns (Google, Bing)Google AdWords and Google Analytics proficiency is a MUSTFirst-hand experience building and maintaining a campaign from the ground upKnowledge of integrated marketing strategy and how paid search supports organic search, social, etc.Strong project management and organization skills with keen attention to detailThe ideal candidate will own the paid search strategy and work with our agency to maximize spend
