Duties: · Shift - Sunday - Wednesday 4 days x 10 hours/day. · Cross section SEM (scanning electron microscope) analysis technician · Experienced for preparing the sample by cleaving the wafers and analyzing the sample. · Also supporting other metrology tools to measure wafers · Follow SOP and MES operation procedure instruction and process the wafers. · Collect the inspection data and provide data to engineering review. · Follow engineering instruction and assist experimental wafer processing. · Comply all safety requirements and IP protection protocol.
