This is a 6 month contract role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our Seller Growth Team on a 6-month full-time contract. Based in New York, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a selection of strategic branded shops on Depop, driving their success and growth on the platform.

Role Overview


The primary goal of this role is to cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key sellers, enabling them to thrive on Depop. You will act as a strategic partner, providing tailored guidance and support while collaborating with internal teams to implement impactful initiatives that elevate their presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key sellers, serving as a reliable and solutions-oriented point of contact.

Develop and deliver customized strategies and actionable recommendations to accelerate seller growth and success.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive activations that enhance seller visibility and engagement on the platform.

Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and experimentation.

Report on activation outcomes, performance insights, and next steps, ensuring transparency and actionable feedback for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, client success, or a related field, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster lasting relationships.

A customer-centric mindset, focused on understanding user needs and delivering effective solutions to drive success.

Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data insights to inform strategies, including proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker).

Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Ability to work cross-functionally is a must, collaborating effectively with internal teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Knowledge of Depop's marketplace and culture; experience as a Depop buyer or seller is a plus.
