Selection Sr Product Manager, Amazon Exports, Global Store

Do you want to help drive innovations in the e-commerce space? The Amazon Mexico team is looking for a highly analytical Selection Senior Product Manager to help drive the Global Store business on Amazon.com.mx. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, and can drive results across technical teams. This position involves regular communication with senior management, and effective executive presentation skills are essential.
The candidate will be strong in the following areas:
- Product management and development, working together with technical and non-technical teams to improve operations and customer experience.
- Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and site features.
- Strong data analysis experience, extracting insights that drive business decisions.
- Business management, including creating business strategy and managing program metrics.
- Automating and improving systems to streamline operations within Amazon internal stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Sr. PM, Selection/Catalog focus:
- Engage with teams in US on projects to unlock pockets of selection (e.g., new geographies, Heavy and Bulcky selection, etc.)
- Review top Core Exports ASINs for GS eligibility and work with GS teams to remove blockers.
- Remove brand restrictions tracking & engagement to unrestrict brands.
- Improve catalogue quality working with RO&I.
- Provide the right reporting to segment SMEs so they can identify and act on the right data.

This team brings international products to customers shopping on their local site. The channel gives Mexican customers access to millions of products sold in other stores, offering competitive prices though with slower delivery compared to locally fulfilled options. The expanded catalog is a competitive advantage that also drives a flywheel effect across our fulfillment network.
