Selection Specialist - Sales

If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Recruiter with expertise in hiring top talent for Tech Sales and Digital Sales roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation abilities, a deep understanding of sales strategies and planning, and a proven track record in hiring high-performing sales professionals. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for Tech Sales and Digital Sales positions. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with sales goals and business targets. * Assess candidates’ negotiation skills, ensuring they can drive revenue growth and handle complex client interactions. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate experiences. * Build a talent pipeline and engage with top sales professionals in competitive markets. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proven experience in recruiting for Tech Sales and Digital Sales roles. * Strong knowledge of sales hiring planning. * Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, especially in assessing candidates’ sales potential. * Familiarity with modern recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). * Ability to handle multiple hiring projects while ensuring quality hires. * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Familiarity with recruitment marketing and talent market intelligence * Certifications in Recruitment/HR IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
