The SEH Technician plays a vital role in shaping a safer, cleaner, and more responsible workplace at Danfoss. You’ll lead the charge in implementing and evolving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices on-site, ensuring full compliance with local and national regulations Beyond the technical scope, you’ll be a driving force behind our ISO certification journey and help build a culture where safety, hygiene, and environmental care are second nature. The impact you’ll make will ripple across teams—empowering colleagues, elevating standards, and helping Danfoss lead by example in sustainable operations. **What You’ll Be Doing** • Support the development, maintenance, and follow-up of EHS department objectives. • Conduct risk analysis across departments to identify critical safety, health, and environmental risks. • Assist in creating and executing action plans to mitigate or eliminate identified risks. • Promote a strong SEH culture using problem-solving tools and engagement at all organizational levels. • Monitor and improve environmental KPIs. • Manage waste disposal processes in compliance with legal requirements. • Collaborate with production teams on incident reporting and follow-up actions. • Ensure SEH training programs are compliant and effectively delivere You will also; • Oversee contractor management and ensure adherence to SEH standards. • Ensure all activities align with ISO-9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems and organizational strategy. • Integrate quality system requirements and resources across business processes. **What We're Looking For** You bring a solid foundation with a degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline, complemented by 1–2 years of practical experience in the field. In addition, you offer: • A strong understanding of risk analysis and HSE-related legal requirements • Familiarity with OEA/CTP certification processes • Preferred professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent • Experience in emergency preparedness and accident investigation • High ethical standards and a confident, professional presence • A collaborative spirit, paired with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
