Reporting to the TotalEnergies Global Services branch, TotalEnergies Global Procurement (TGP) provides procurement services to operational branches and their Local Business Units (LBUs) with the goal of globalizing purchases, unifying relationships with major suppliers, and simplifying procurement for all stakeholders.

As a Segment Leader “Operating & Maintenance” (O&M), you will oversee the following activities:
Contract Engineer for Designated Operating & Maintenance (O&M) Contracts Supported by the LBU:
Provide support for all O&M contracts activities required by the projects or the LBUs.Advise on and or execute O&M CFT (Call for Tenders) for EP and GRP branches.Develop the CFT documents package: commercial structure, contract terms, exhibits, appendices etc.Represent the entity in various types of reviews for contractual matters.Procurement Preparation:
Conduct market monitoring (suppliers, indices, technologies...) in collaboration with the Cost Analysis and Market Intelligence departmentMonitor, evolve, and expand the suppliers panel with a focus on risk management using the suppliers qualification tool (SEQUANA)Challenge internal stakeholders on needs and specifications to globalize, simplify, standardize, consolidate needs, and expand or renew the supplier panelDevelop the overall procurement strategy for the O&M segment with the Global Category ManagerProcurement Management:
Lead all stages of the procurement process in compliance with internal rules and procedures, including the ethics charter and code of conductSupport LBUs in drafting documents for local needs by sharing best practices and price benchmarksLead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers in coordination with the Legal Procurement Department and assist LBUsAssist operational teams and Local Business Units in commercial disputes with suppliers in coordination with Legal, Insurance, and Finance departmentsPerformance Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor the economic performance of category purchases with LBUs and ensure proper entry in the AGORA toolTrack supplier performance indicators with internal stakeholdersPrepare and participate in performance reviews of strategic suppliers Ensure proper application of TGP framework contractsPropose improvement, optimization, and/or transformation plans for contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance overall performance Candidate ProfileWhat we are looking for:
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.You have at least 10 years of experience in contract management mainly in the energy sector.Knowledge of maintenance and/or oil & gas sectorsProficiency in contracts, including tendering and execution phasesStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills in a multicultural context; adaptability, rigor, and integrityYou can propose strategies to defend the Company’s interests and work in a multicultural environment with complex stakeholders.You have a solid understanding of both civil and common law systems, as well as all aspects of maintenance contracts, including contract template review and contractual/commercial contract negotiationFluent English requiredWhat we offer:
