About the Role:
The Segment Analyst plays a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate billing, and strong financial records, while delivering excellent customer support and resolving issues related to credits, invoicing, and e-submission. This position directly supports sales and account maintenance, troubleshoots finance reporting challenges, and contributes to developing compliance materials and preparing required reports for federal and state contracting. By combining operational efficiency, compliance expertise, and customer service, the Segment Analyst helps sustain high-quality service and reliable financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Working with sales and support staff, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate billing, and strong financial recordsDeliver excellent customer support to resolve issues related to credits, invoicing, and electronic invoice submissionPrepare and submit required reports for federal and state contracting vehiclesMaintain operational efficiency and high standards of service
Requirements:
Can quickly assimilate new information, adapt to evolving priorities, and work confidently with numerical data and financial figures.Have a proven track record in overcoming obstacles and implementing effective solutionsHave a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.Have a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience within a corporate settingHave advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; comfortable navigating SalesForce.com; working knowledge of SQL (recommended
