We have an excellent opportunity for a **Seed Production Specialist** to join our team in **Viluco, Chile** !
**Responsibilities**
+ Plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute activities related to research seed production and data collection. Tasks may include sowing, crop establishment, pollination, quality control, harvesting, seed processing, note taking, sampling, data analysis, and other duties as needed.
+ Monitor crops under your responsibilities, ensuring the correct and timely execution of experimental protocols, as well as technical and agronomic plans.
+ Plan, coordinate, and monitor the allocation of resources such as supplies and labor for assigned projects.
+ Plan, coordinate, and supervise temporary labor, ensuring proper training, performance, and alignment with technical plans, safety culture, and Corteva’s corporate values.
+ Analyze data, results, and efficiencies, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
+ Participate in specific projects and work teams at the station as needed.
+ Contribute to the overall success of the Viluco research center by promoting a positive attitude at work.
**Qualifications**
+ Degree in Agronomy or similar studies/experience.
+ Interpersonal, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
+ High level of responsibility, commitment, proactivity, and adaptability.
+ Strong organizational skills and meticulous process control.
+ Advanced user-level proficiency with MS Office programs.
+ Intermediate/advanced English level highly desirable.
+ Knowledge of digitization and data management tools highly desirable.
+ Class B driving license required, D license desirable.
+ Availability to work 100 % on site in Viluco Research Center
