Job Description The role involves overseeing departmental operations to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Additional duties include managing schedules for 24/7 coverage, maintaining accurate departmental records, and ensuring adherence to security and fire prevention policies. The role also involves liaising with law enforcement, monitoring facilities for OSHA compliance, managing inventory of keys, and participating in disciplinary processes.
