Security Technician
**Description** Security 101 is looking for a Service Technician that has experience servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems. Need to have system knowledge access control, IP cameras, intrusion, and visitor management. Troubleshoot and program networked IP video and Access control. Servicing commercial alarm systems and IoT systems. The Service Techs will need to provide customer service. • Perform installation work as designated in a profitable and proper manner. Using mainly Bosch, Lenel/S2, OpenPath, Gentec, etc.. • Perform preventive maintenance work in accordance with the service program designated for a specific customer. • Maintain accurately all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with the established procedure. • Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised. • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and other property in a proper manner. • Present neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company policies. • Maintain adequate parts inventory for service vehicle; keep inventory log. • Test equipment before leaving job site; perform a safety check. • Maintain good customer relations and customer service **Skills** Security, Install, Cctv, Access control, Alarm systems, Honeywell, Cabling, Installation **Top Skills Details** Security,Install,Cctv,Access control,Alarm systems,Honeywell,Cabling **Additional Skills & Qualifications** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED • Valid state driver’s license without restrictions • 3-5 year of alarm or electrical installation/service experience *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Prior experience servicing or installing automated doors • Prior experience dealing in electrical, HVAC, construction, or communication field • Ability to clearly interpret and read blueprints • Excellent Oral & Written communication skills **Experience Level** Intermediate Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
