Security Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering
**Summary:** Enterprise Engineering provides the tools and services necessary for Meta employees to get their jobs done effectively. We are seeking Technical Program Managers (TPMs) with security solutions deployment experience and a proven track record of success in a goal and impact-oriented environment. TPMs at Meta navigate loosely defined problem spaces and turn them into well-structured programs while being cross-functional relationship builders. They do it by assessing the big picture, finding connections where none exist, quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams, identifying and executing on a common goal to support Enterprise Engineering as we drive towards a more secure employee experience. **Required Skills:** Security Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering Responsibilities: 1. Define, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains 2. Accountable for identifying and overcoming end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains across client and/or server infrastructure 3. Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadership 4. Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional area 5. Responsible for defining and delivering on technical requirements that solve people problems and product, platform or infrastructure requirements in conjunction with partners 6. Define and own what success looks like, metrics & measurement, rollout, and scalable and sustainable operational plan 7. Define and execute communication plans for key security initiatives for varying audiences 8. Build trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations 9. Identify and improve inefficiencies in how we operate to move faster with higher quality outcomes 10. Assist in rolling out security standards and risk assessment methodologies 11. Coordinate and enforce compliance with organization level security standards 12. Lead requirements elicitation for new security solutions, identify security improvements and optimizations across the system **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 13. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management focused on information security and risk management 14. Experience in any of these areas: Identity and Access Management, Device/Platform Security, Data Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Threat Modeling, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, and Datacenter deployments 15. Experience delivering security programs or products from inception to delivery 16. Experience in technology architecture design and solutioning 17. Project management experience centered around information security and associated technology implementations 18. Experience with executing day-to-day activities required for the development and tracking of information security initiatives, including the communication and management of policies, controls, and practices 19. Experience with communicating sensitive and impactful changes to a broad technical audience 20. Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioning 21. Strategic thinker with analytical and technology focused problem-solving experience 22. Experience with demonstrating negotiation and conflict management 23. Demonstrated experience with consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate, across multiple teams to foster cross-functional working relationships. Includes working with and communicating with multiple partner teams and cross-functional partners 24. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones 25. Results-oriented and demonstrated experience of setting and meeting ambitious targets 26. Experience of working on issues may not be clearly defined and require strategy and direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking **Industry:** Internet
