Processes and maintains multiple site physical security programs to include security technologies, supports management of guard forces and day-to-day security operations management for identified projects. You will be responsible for supporting risk management initiatives, investigations, training and awareness programs and adherence to Collins policies and procedures. **What You Will Do:** + Maintains the safety and security of the organization's employees, clients, visitors, and property. + Meet and ensure compliance of minimum-security requirements to include security technologies like access control and cameras, asset protection, emergency response, general safety, and risk reduction. + Conduct an annual review, assessment and testing on systems and safeguards in place to meet the minimum physical security requirements and report deficiencies and mitigation plans. + Review and provide feedback on site Security Control Plans. + Collaboratively solution with cross-functional partners to align initiatives and ensure security solutions are reasonable, appropriate, and efficiently balanced across the organization. + Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken for future reference. + Reviews and makes recommendations for site contract security including schedules, statements of work, post orders and extra coverage coordination. + Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the development and presentation of training materials in coordination with the Avionics Security Business Partner and the Global Security Services Team. + Report security incidents in a timely manner to site and company stakeholders. + Identify, establish, and leverage metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program health, prioritize work, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues. + Educate teammates and partners on risks, vulnerabilities, standards, and policies, driving and reinforcing a security awareness and culture. + Clearly communicate information to the leadership team across a range of levels in the company to ensure messaging is clear, concise, and consistent. + Ability to use good judgement and act in a decisive manner in emergency situations + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience + Experience establishing, scaling, and maturing physical security processes and programs + Knowledge of structured process, program, and project management **What We Offer** Some of our competitive benefits package includes: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees • Generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds • Tuition reimbursement • Life insurance and disability coverage • Ovia Health, fertility, and family planning • Employee Assistance Plan • Incentives for a Healthy You • Autism Benefit • Doctor on Demand • Adoption Assistance • Second Opinion program • And more! **Relocation Eligibility** + Eligible for relocation **Learn More & Apply Now!** Avionics delivers advanced cockpit displays, vision systems, and comprehensive digital solutions for global government, commercial and business aviation customers. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
