**Security Supervisor – Distribution Facility** **Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour **Hours:** 42.5 hours per week (includes built-in overtime) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Schedule:** + **Friday:** 12:00 AM – 4:30 AM (4.5 hrs) + **Monday:** 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (6 hrs) + **Tuesday:** + 12:00 AM – 4:30 AM (4.5 hrs) + 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (6 hrs) + **Wednesday:** + 12:00 AM – 4:30 AM (4.5 hrs) + 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (6 hrs) + **Thursday:** + 12:00 AM – 4:30 AM (4.5 hrs) + 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (6 hrs) **Position Overview** We are seeking a professional and dependable **Security Supervisor** to oversee security operations at a **regulated distribution facility** . This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and strict adherence to access control and safety procedures in a compliance-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Supervise security staff and daily security operations + Enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, and drivers + Ensure all employees present valid identification upon entry + Sign in drivers and visitors without proper identification per site protocol + Direct drivers to designated areas for pickups and deliveries + Verify vehicle seals upon entry and exit to maintain product integrity + Communicate effectively with site leadership and client contacts + Ensure proper PPE is worn at all times + During the final 1.5 hours of the shift, staff the designated side booth to process incoming vehicles **Qualifications** + Prior security supervisory experience required + Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, warehouse, or other regulated environments preferred + Strong leadership and communication skills + Ability to enforce policies with professionalism and consistency + Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused + Ability to work overnight and evening shifts as scheduled \#WPNY Securitas employees come from all walks of life, bringing with them a variety of distinctive skills and perspectives.
