As an Aviation Security Supervisor, you will act as the first point of contact at the FBO, ensuring safety, access control, and a premium client experience at all times.

Shifts:

Saturday & Sunday – Days: 0600–1400

Saturday & Sunday – Evenings: 1400–2200

Location: Mississauga, ON L5S 1B2  Responsibilities for Security Supervisor

Provide exceptional customer service and client interaction

Manage access control for vehicles, passengers, and crew

Coordinate escorts with airport partners

Conduct patrols to identify potential risks

Operate radios, tablets, and computer systems

Inspect security equipment and report issues

Respond to incidents, provide first aid if required, and coordinate emergency response

Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns

Answer inquiries in person and by phone

Qualifications Authorized to work in Canada Valid WSIB Ontario Security Guard License Valid G2 or G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (required) First Aid & CPR certification (required) Static (Guard in car) position with frequent in-and-out of vehicle movement throughout the shift Ability to remain alert and professional for extended periods Strong verbal communication skills required Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach
