Position OverviewJoin us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Security Specialist to support SDA’s mission. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities In-process personnel supporting SDAProcess incoming and outgoing Visit Access RequestsPerform security indoctrinationsProcess foreign travel notifications and debriefsProvide clearance verification for account requestsPrepare documents and packages for mailingMaintain/update personnel records in multiple systemsProvide support to internal Security functions to include PHYSEC, OPSEC, and Industrial SecurityPerform preliminary inquiries for security infractions/violations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required (or 4 years of related experience)Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required #qinetiqclearedjob5 years related experience requiredMust have strong written and verbal communications skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations Company EEO Statement
