You will assist in finding the proper balance between enabling and securing in relation to the client's organization, culture, and ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Security Controls: Analyze and translate business requirements into control objectives, designing security controls that meet the client's needs. This involves understanding the client's organization, culture, and ecosystem to find the proper balance between enabling and securing. • Implement Security Solutions: Implement designed security controls along with a security management cycle, ensuring effective security measures are in place. • Develop Security Deliverables: Create various security-related deliverables, such as asset classification models, risk analysis reports, information security policies, and security solution scenarios. • Evaluate Security Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of implemented security controls, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations. • Conduct Security Awareness Workshops: Educate clients on security best practices and awareness, promoting a culture of security within their organization. **Required technical and professional expertise** As a Security Specialist - Infrastructure Security, you will analyze and translate business requirements into control objectives, designing security controls and implementing them along with a security management cycle. Required Professional and Technical Expertise: • Strong knowledge on networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure. • Solid understanding of IP address planning, subnetting, and network troubleshooting. • Experience with Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) such as: Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortigate. • Experience with cloud-native services (AWS, Azure) is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Exposure to Security Control Design: Familiarity with analyzing and translating business requirements into control objectives, designing security controls that meet client needs. • Experience with Security Solution Implementation: Knowledge of implementing designed security controls along with a security management cycle, ensuring effective security measures. • Understanding of Security Deliverables: Exposure to creating various security-related deliverables, such as asset classification models, risk analysis reports, and information security policies. • Familiarity with Security Effectiveness Evaluation: Understanding of assessing the effectiveness of implemented security controls, identifying areas for improvement. • Exposure to Security Awareness Training: Familiarity with educating clients on security best practices and awareness, promoting a culture of security within their organization. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Security Framework Knowledge: Exposure to industry-recognized security frameworks and standards, such as asset classification models and risk analysis reports, to inform security control design and implementation. • Threat Management Expertise: Experience with unified threat management concepts and technologies to design and implement effective security solutions. • Information Security Policies: Understanding of information security policies and procedures to develop and implement security deliverables that meet client needs.
