Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Security Consultant specializing in Infrastructure Security, you play a crucial role in helping client IT and business executives comprehend Cloud & Infrastructure Security challenges, risks, and vulnerabilities. You apply security and zero trust principles to develop infrastructure security strategies tailored to the client's business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Administer and operate Microsoft secure email solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection (EOP). * Manage and support enterprise email security platforms such as Check Point Email Security, Proofpoint, and/or Trend Micro Email Security. * Configure, maintain, and optimize email security controls, including spam filtering, anti-phishing, and malware protection. * Analyze and mitigate email-based threats such as phishing, spear phishing, spoofing, malware attachments, and Business Email Compromise (BEC). * Support Exchange Online operations, including configuration of mail flow (transport) rules and related security policies. * Perform email investigations using header analysis, message tracing, and delivery diagnostics. * Collaborate with SOC and IT teams during email-related security incidents. * Apply behavioral analysis concepts using tools such as Darktrace, depending on the environment implementation. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection (EOP). * Operational knowledge of enterprise email security platforms (Check Point, Proofpoint, Trend Micro). * Strong understanding of email authentication standards: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. * Solid knowledge of email threat vectors, including phishing, spoofing, malware, and BEC attacks. * Experience with Exchange Online, including transport rules and email security policies. * Proficiency in email analysis and troubleshooting tools, such as header analyzers and message trace utilities. * Strong documentation skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. * Intermediate English level (technical communication). **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with task automation and security analysis using PowerShell and/or Python. * Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls for email security. * Familiarity with hybrid email architectures (on-premises + cloud). * Understanding of CASB solutions or complementary SaaS security tools. * Experience managing user awareness programs, including phishing simulations and security training campaigns. * Microsoft 365 Security certifications or related credentials are a strong plus.
