We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary** The Security Services Enablement (SSE) Manager is responsible for leading the Security Services Enablement team within the Information Protection Services organization, with a primary focus on advancing HCA’s enterprise Zero Trust strategy. This role provides strategic direction, technical leadership, and operational oversight for the design, implementation, and maturation of Zero Trust capabilities across HCA’s application ecosystem and business workflows. Zscaler is a foundational platform within this strategy—including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), and associated secure access technologies—the scope of this role extends beyond tool management to ensuring Zero Trust principles are consistently embedded into how applications are accessed, secured, and operated across the enterprise. The SSE Manager will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and product analysts responsible for operational excellence and strategic delivery of Zero Trust initiatives. This includes prioritizing work that aligns applications and user workflows to Zero Trust principles such as least privilege, continuous verification, and adaptive access controls; fostering team growth and technical depth; and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with IPS standards and architectural guidance.
