Job Description

Your job responsibilities will be:

Digitalisation and modernisation of our current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain and update physical security risk registers.Support the preparation of reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics.Assist in preparing presentations and reports on physical security matters for various audiences.Support the development and delivery of physical security awareness training materials for employees.Support with completing security concepts and the implementation of approved security strategies, policies, and procedures. Assistance with the development of a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management.Physical security risk monitoring: assist with spot checks and Site Security Audits; support the monitoring and analysis of security data (e.g., crime stats, root cause analysis, vulnerabilities)

Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Risk Management, Security Management, Business Continuity, Crisis Management or a related field.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.Interest in technology and its application to security, with a willingness to learn new systems.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build strong working relationships

Additional Information

This is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your graduate position and for the full duration of your position.
