What you’ll do

The purpose of this role is cross functional project management along with quality reporting, monotiring and transition audit

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
 
•    Initiating, tracking and closing CSI projects with the edge 
•    Audit the quality of the service transition process to make sure that all activities are done in accordance to Vodafone Transition Methodology, and insuring that all new services that go live are in compliance with Data Privacy and information security regulations.
•    Privacy single point of contact for the Data Protection & Privacy Officer (DPPO) for the product or business operation, and supporting the process/product owner in their ultimate accountability for privacy within the process/product and supports the proactive driving of Vodafone’s privacy vision and requirements into the process/product in question.
•    Creating and maintaining Business Continuity plans for teams and services within Technology VOIS EG (TechVE) 
•    Ensures that goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.

 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

 

-    Project management.
-    IT background.
-    Strong excel and power PI.
-    Reporting skills
-    Analytical skills.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

•    PMP/Prince2 is a must. 
•    Six Sigma green belt is a plus. 
•    More than 2 years exprince in project management. 
•    Expertise in project management, budget forecast and cost analysis.
•    Excellent reporting and data analysis skills.
•    Excellent knowledge in all MS Office applications.
•    CCNA or Network+ certificates
•    Network security experience is a plus
