A large-scale infrastructure project is seeking a Project Security Manager to lead all aspects of on-ground security.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and continuously update the project security strategy in alignment with internal policies and local regulations.
Conduct ongoing risk and threat assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and manage internal security teams and external service providers.
Collaborate with local authorities, public agencies, and third-party stakeholders.
Manage security training, inductions, and staff awareness programs.
Maintain updated access control and people-on-site records.
Ensure compliance with legal and procedural obligations related to safety and data protection.
Serve as the key advisor to project leadership on all matters related to security and crisis response.
Experience:
7- 8 years in a security leadership role, ideally within infrastructure or construction industry in the private sector.
At least 10 years experience in law enforcement, military, or private security is a must.
Strong understanding of the local security landscape in Egypt.
