As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help promote a sense of security among employees and visitors, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for conducting patrols using a company vehicle as needed. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.Monitor manufacturing and industrial areas for unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns, reporting findings according to site protocols.Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing assistance and guidance as needed.Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.Support access control procedures by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials when necessary.What We’re Looking For:
