As a Security Professional - Patrol Specialist in Williamsburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal in a dynamic food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following location protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the food and beverage location, including the business premises and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity.Maintain clear and accurate documentation of observed incidents, irregularities, and daily activities as required.Communicate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities when necessary regarding occurrences at the location.Observe and report any anomalies or concerns related to security-related matters or property conditions within the assigned post.Support a welcoming and secure environment for employees, visitors, and patrons within the food and beverage facility.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
