As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol Driver in Scottsdale, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visibly present to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to guests and staff. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while communicating clearly and working as part of a dedicated team. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, activating emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points within the location to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in detailed reports for management and/or law enforcement as needed.Communicate and interact professionally with guests, staff, and visitors to address questions and provide assistance related to security-related matters.Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment throughout the property.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
