As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol - Afternoon Shift in Bethesda, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel or resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to guests and staff by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the hotel and resort environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter, adapting to the unique conditions of the hotel and resort location.Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activity and address disturbances in a professional manner.Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to established protocols.Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to support a welcoming and secure environment for all guests and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.MD Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
