As a Security Professional - Hospital Campus Driver in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. By remaining visible and approachable, you will help to deter potential security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This position involves driving responsibilities in support of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities to the appropriate personnel.Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.Support hospital staff and visitors by providing information and assistance as requested.Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences.Follow all company and site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.Proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required.A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
