As a Security Professional - Healthcare Site Patrol - Afternoon Shift in Sturgis, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel.Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.Support the healthcare staff and visitors by providing information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
