As a Security Professional - Desk Concierge in Madison, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Front Desk Security Officer, you will be stationed at the main entry point, greeting visitors and assisting with access control to help to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry and exit activity, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. You will remain visible at the front desk, serving as a point of contact for guests and staff, and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns. Our team values reliability, teamwork, and integrity, and you will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and secure environment at the location.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Monitor access to the location, greet visitors, and assist with visitor management procedures at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Must be at least 21 years of age.CPR certification is preferred.Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.A valid guard card or license is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
