As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include managing access control, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents through attentive observation and strong customer service. You will utilize computer or tablet systems to monitor entry and exit activity, respond to inquiries, and support building operations. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials, helping to deter unauthorized entry.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by the location.Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters.Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols for the location.Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information related to the location.What We’re Looking For:
