What You’ll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures at the location.Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the retail or mall environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and maintain a visible presence.Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal and local authorities as needed.Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to site procedures.Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a welcoming and secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:
