Tue - Fri: 4pm to 12am / Plus one overnight shift per week.

Must have an active DoD Clearance at the Secret level or above.
Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer/Operations Center - Cleared (Clearance Required - Unarmed). At Allied Universal, a Cleared Security Officer is entrusted with sensitive information and given the responsibility to protect classified information and personnel. As a Cleared Security Officer, you'll receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols associated with your clearance level, allowing for skill development and professional growth in the security field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibilities:Alarm Monitoring: Operators monitor all physical security equipment on a global basis to ensure the physical security of all employees, contingents, and office spacesAccess Management: Operators manage day to day access to all company facilities, ensuring compliance with customer, auditorial, and company policyCCTV System: Operators manage the companies CCTV system and process video footage requestProvide access management to all company facilitiesConduct alarm monitoring for Open Text facilitiesManage all video footage requests in accordance with company policyManage all access report requests in accordance with company policyNotify the appropriate personnel in an emergencyNotify, direct, and assist emergency personnel in the event of an emergencyLiaison between clients, other departments, and company leadership during an emergencyDirecting visitors to the appropriate areasMonitor and control removal of company and personal propertyReport all building utility/ service issues as observed and instructed to facilitiesManage the day-to-day requirements for the Companies Anti-tailgating programEvaluate and recommend improved procedural safety/security protocols or processesDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skillsRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client siteWork flexible schedules, including some nightsProvide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalismConduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified informationGreet guests and employees and escorts visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit pointsFollow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnelRespond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarmsAct as a first responder in emergency situationsQUALIFICATIONS:
