Allied Universal Security is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer to join our team as a Security Operations Center Dispatcher in a full time schedule on either the day, swing, or overnight schedule!
The Security Operations Center Dispatcher has high visibility and is directly accountable for the effective and efficient flow of information from the Security Operations Center to their Security team members.
The ideal candidate will:
Have Preferred 1+ Year(s) of Security Experience in CCTV/Dispatch/Surveillance
Posses Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressureHave Professional demeanor and appearance
Display exceptional customer service and communications skills
Demonstrate proficiency with computers and tablets
Demonstrate ability to operate radio, telephone equipment and console monitorsMaintain accurate digital records for Daily Activity Reports detailing access controlHave related experience to Responsibilities and Qualifications below:Pay $18.50 Hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Alarm monitoringCCTV monitoring Camera SurveyAnswering phones; operate IP based telephone systemRadio Dispatch; use multi-channel communicationsRadio and call logging Incident Report issuance and collection Operations support; routing of call information to the appropriate units for handling Ensure timely and effective response to incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to the Security Operations Center and its role as a central alarm monitoring stationReceive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, outside vendors, law enforcement, and the security field force via telephone, automated alarm monitoring and radio systems Process and evaluate information received from all available sources, and respond with the appropriate communication and dispatch procedures Coordinate with Security Operations Center staff to provide necessary documentation in support of uniformed guard force activity (e.g., Officer Dispatch, Incident Reporting, etc.)QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalentLicensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentWork experience must include of the following:Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare reportsAbility to prioritize workload based on urgencyDemonstrated high level of competency with advanced computer systems (e.g., hardware, software, and networks)Ability to communicate effectively with IT and Security Systems professionalsDemonstrated ability to operate radio, telephone equipment and/or console monitorsAbility to adapt in a dynamic work environment while possibly working under pressurePerks and Benefits:
