As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver in Grandville, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail and mall location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver’s license per AU Driver Policy Requirements. Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail or mall location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical situations, and/or property concerns, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or policy issues.Monitor entrances, high-traffic areas, and/or closed or restricted areas for unusual conditions, and complete timely reports and documentation for incidents, observations, and service requests.Support access control and loss prevention efforts by observing for policy violations, coordinating with mall management and/or store contacts, and assisting with crowd and/or line management during peak periods.Minimum Requirements:
