As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer at this commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to staff and visitors. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding as needed to emergency situations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any unusual conditions.Communicate observed issues and/or incidents to the appropriate personnel or authorities as required by site procedures.Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or any security-related activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.Assist with access control procedures and observe entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry or activity.Support the onsite team by providing assistance during emergency response activities and following established protocols.Minimum Requirements:
