As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain authorized access to restricted areas.Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel during incidents.Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
