As a Security Officer - Unarmed Night Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist guests and store teams with professional communication, document observations, and respond to concerns with calm, customer-focused service. Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and store teams by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and mall location.Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, corridors, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor access points and observe for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and potential shoplifting indicators, then notify store management and/or law enforcement as directed by post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including resolving disturbances, assisting with medical situations as directed, and completing required notifications.Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in reports and/or logs, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership, client representatives, and/or emergency responders as needed.Minimum Requirements:
