As a Security Officer - Unarmed in Nogales, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will be part of a team that values reliability, integrity, and putting people first, working together to maintain an agile and caring atmosphere throughout your shift.

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the location to promote a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities and/or site management.Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.Support emergency procedures, including evacuations and drills, in accordance with site-specific guidelines.Minimum Requirements:
