What You'll Do:

Conduct screening procedures for individuals entering the tech and media facility to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to inquiries and giving directions.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.Perform thorough checks of bags, packages, and/or personal items as directed by site protocols.Document and report any irregularities, unusual activity, or security-related concerns according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.Maintain a professional presence at screening locations, helping to promote a secure environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to address security-related matters and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
