As a Security Officer - Commercial Plaza Patrol in Mooresville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to situations as they arise, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication and detailed reporting. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed at a manufacturing and industrial location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing clear reports and notifications per site protocol.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Control access for employees, contractors and visitors by following entry procedures, verifying credentials when applicable and documenting arrivals and departures.Monitor alarms, cameras and/or other site systems as assigned, and complete routine logs, incident reports and shift handoff communication for Allied Universal management and/or client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.CPR Certification is preferred.Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
