We are currently seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to join our team at a fixed site in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are attentive, personable, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Available Schedules (Two Openings):• Position 1: Saturday – Monday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM with a total of 24 hours a week.• Position 2: Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM with a total of 32 hours a week.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct regular walking patrols of the premises (this is an active role requiring a lot of walking).• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment.• Write accurate and timely daily activity logs and incident reports.• Interact professionally with residents, visitors, and site staff.• Handle confidential information discreetly.• Contact emergency services when required and follow established safety protocols.Qualifications:• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.• Excellent communication; articulate and able to resolve conflict effectively.• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.• Technologically proficient with CCTV and basic reporting tools.• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.• Previous security experience preferred, but not required.• Must have reliable transportation (this site is not on a bus line).This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to the safety of a stable site location.
